Since Steve's counts are trending up the medical team decided he could head home today if he follows all the instructions and checks in for his counts regularly. His ANC is not quite 500 yet so he needs to take special precautions and stay on a "short leash" (there term not mine:). I will continue to share how he is doing and when his resistance to infection is stronger and his count is over 500 he would love to visit more, until then he needs to not expose himself to any sickness. Please pray he doesn't get a fever, any infection would put him right back in the hospital and delay his recovery.

Heading home. Yahoo!!! Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Praise Him all creatures here below...So glad for you all. We will be patient about the patient. How about a pontoon breakfast when the numbers are good? We'll be looking forward to it.
