The chemo is kicking in today, Steve is having side affects now from the chemo he had last week, body aches, nausea, etc., etc. He is sleeping most the time which is good I believe. Hopefully it won't last too many days and he will be past this yucky part quickly. They ran some more blood tests to see why his counts went up yesterday instead of down like they expected, they believe that since he received such a large dose of stem cells in the transfusion it made the white blood count go up temporarily, it is going down again now like it is suppose to. His own cells will bottom out to nothing and the new healthy cells will engraft and multiply, Lord willing. Christopher and Diana are planning on coming tomorrow to spend the day which will be nice.
