Guess I forgot to blog yesterday? Not much to tell...Steve and I went for a walk around the nearby park to get some fresh air, we weren't gone to long but it felt nice to stretch our legs and move. Today I'm contemplating walking to the nearest grocery for milk and eggs. My car is in a good free parking spot and I don't want to move it. Free parking is a rare commodity around here so you have to guard them when you get them. Steve's next clinic appointment is Tuesday for the bone marrow test, the results won't come back for awhile but when they do we are hoping that it shows engraftment of the donor cells not his own. Meanwhile he is hanging on to the last vestiges of hair since he started losing chin hair. I was skeptical...when I first saw the tell tale signs of whiskers laying on his lap I mentioned that he would probably have to shave it all off. However, he emerged from the washroom after applying his "unique set of carving skills" and voila' there he was triumphantly sporting his lastest creation. Here is his before and after gotee...he's too funny :) He is wearing his new cap here too...we think he looks snappy in his new duds.
