I'm back with Steve at the hospital and he is hanging in there managing the days and nights with kindness and grace. He has lots of cards and wall hangings that send messages of encouragement as you look around...good for the heart and mind. He wears a mask when he leaves the room now but don't think he will be going any where for a couple days until his counts come back up. He has "bottomed out" and is very tired again just wanting to sleep. So, just taking a day at a time waiting for the bone morrow test on day 14 that says, "NO lukemia".
Thank you so very much for the words of encouragment and the support that we are all receiving from you all, we can't even begin to express our gratitude...just know that it is holding up our arms in the battle.
