As you can see I'm combining a few days together since Steve is doing so well and we seem pretty normal right now at home. He spends his day keeping busy with the grounds work, he is able to pace himself with that by working in the shade as much as possible and coming in for long breaks and sometimes short naps. Wednesdays doctor appointment we hope will give us the information we need to help determine what treatment plan he needs to pursue. It is almost certain, Lord willing, we will go to the University of Chicago for a consultation on which treatment he should take. Of course we hope he doesn't need to have a stem cell transplant but that is what we will be discussing with the leukemia experts there.
Everyone, including Steve and myself are amazed at how well he is doing. He comments regularly that it is because of all the prayer and I see him checking the blog often. Isn't it wonderful how God hears our hearts and responds. Thank you so much for being with us.
