Evening All,
We had clinic today and all went pretty well, still need to watch my P's and Q's but overall the doctor is pleased with the progress. Counts were acceptable once again. I am still on the prednisone for some skin flushing that comes and goes but weaned down to 10mg from 40mg. Next appointment is next Thursday, January 27th. Thank you all for your continued prayers and kindnesses as we sense everyday the Lord ordering our steps through this process. And to those of you wondering, I do have a signed copy of release papers from the hospital.

Good morning from North Carolina!
ReplyDeleteCarl and I are here along with 2 of his employees to attend a seminar. The drive was long,but uneventful. We are glad to hear that things are "back on track" a bit and pray for continued improvement and less negative side-effects. Keep on looking up (and beside and around you) as God surrounds you with His love and grace.

Your blog was given to my husband and I from Linda and Don Wood. Your blog has been a testimony to God's love, faithfulness and strength. My husband had non-hodgkins lymphoma and goes to the U of C this Tuesday for stem cell transplant. It was helpful to read your notes and see what is ahead. I have a couple questions:
ReplyDelete1. Dawn, it sounds like you stayed in the room with Steve. How did that work out? Would you recommend that? Right now I am planning on staying at some friends house.
2. How was your apartment and how did you obtain it?
3. Any helpful tips from your experience?
