Hey we have our lane open for anyone that wants to come by for a visit! We are snuggled in here pretty good and the best part of it is we don't have to trek to Chicago tomorrow for the clinic appointment. Yeah.
They actually had to close the DCAM Clinic at the medical center today because of the weather and tomorrow isn't going to be much better. It will take awhile for them to dig out from the snow and get staff back in there. So we managed to work out having Steve's blood draws done tomorrow through home health care and fax the info to our doctor in Chicago. Sweet. We made it out of the city just in time, another day longer and we would have been stranged there. Thanks to my sister Pam who stocked our refrigerator for us we have a supply of food that will last us awhile. She even had a meal waiting for us when we got back...Thanks alot Pam! Steve just finished his hydration for the day and we are ready to snuggle in for a movie.
Please keep praying for Steve's kidney problem, the last counts he had taken on Monday showed they dropped in the severe range so we are hoping to get this turned around this week.

Dawn and Steve, so glad to hear the good report. How do you get the kidney counts turned around, with medication changes, or drinking more, is it something you can do from home? God Bless, deb.
