Evening All,
Just got back from Chicago after a pretty good report. Biggest things I have to watch for is gaurding myself in the sun and drinking plenty of water. My blood counts continue to climb, kidney numbers bumped up a skosh but still OK and the GVHD rash is maintaining to a level that is not requiring any medication changes. I will have my blood checked in 2 weeks here locally and don't have to go back to Chicago for a month......and if all continues to go well, Doctor Larson said I could have my catheter(central line) removed on that visit. Thank you all for your caring and kindness for His mercy is trully afresh daily.
Lamentations 3:21-25 This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. The LORD'S lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail. {They} are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. "The LORD is my portion," says my soul, "Therefore I have hope in Him." The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, To the person who seeks Him.
His always,
Steve and Dawn

ReplyDeleteWith love and prayers, Janet
Your post is wonderful to read this morning. Both your news and especially the words from Lamentations...my personal favorite.
ReplyDeleteWe are so thankful to the Lord for how you are feeling. Also hope that one day we get to meet you in person.
