Evening All,
I made a solo trip to Chicago Thursday for a clinic visit and all went well. Still have some mild rash but looks like it might be in check. No med changes. Dr. Larson wants to leave the catheter in at least until my 6 month bone marrow biopsy in 4 weeks on the 26th of May. Get that drill ready Jean. Got a chance to visit the Verbers while at clinic. George is around +50 days and is weathering the GVHD storm that brewed up in his intestines. Stay strong George. I then drove to Lemont, Il. to my Aunt and Uncle's home to spend a couple days going through some old pictures and family history and just enjoy there company. We finished up our picture time Friday morning and then my Aunt suprised me with lunch guests; the Woods, who I have been wanting to meet for some time. We had a wonderful time catching up and trading war stories. Good folks and great company. After a good night sleep and breakfast I got to talk with cousin Anne and hug cousin Beth before I headed for 80 east. Thanks again Mary Jane and Bob for your hospitality. And thanks to all who continue to lift us up to the Father.
